Golden Mile

The Golden Mile is a simple, measurable way to improve health and physical activity. Every pupil can get involved by walking, jogging or running around our 200 metre track within the safety of the school grounds.

This activity is accessible to all age groups regardless of ability.

Initiatives like this are supported by advice from the Department of Health, which says that children should engage in regular daily physical activity habits across the week, every week of the year.
